Policy Information


The Glasshouse at Harrison Roadhouse provides an elegant setting for cocktail receptions, social gatherings, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, and any other special occasions. The glasshouse comfortably accommodates up to 35 guests for seated dining or cocktail style events. For larger gatherings, our Roadhouse Pub can accommodate up to 75 guests. The Roadhouse Pub is an ideal venue for larger private events, comfortably accommodates groups of up to 75 guests and offers a variety of buffet-style dining options. Your event includes exclusive use of the entire private building, complimentary on-site parking, and a dedicated event space designed to provide seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests.


Menu Selection & Guest Count

Final menu selections must be submitted no later than fourteen business days prior to your event. A guaranteed guest count is required one week before the event. This confirmed number will serve as the minimum number of guests for billing purposes, regardless of actual attendance.


Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your event and may be made by cash, certified check, or major credit card, unless prior arrangements have been approved by Harrison Roadhouse management.


We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, cash, and certified checks.


Please note:

  • Applicable Michigan sales tax will be added to the final invoice
  • A 20% gratuity will automatically be applied to all banquet and private event invoices


Tax-Exempt Organizations

Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid Tax Exempt Certificate prior to the event to ensure accurate billing.

In accordance with Michigan state law, sales tax will be applied without exception if a

valid Tax Exemption Certificate is not received before the event.


Decorations & Facility Guidelines

Decorations, posters, signs, and banners may only be displayed with prior approval from Harrison Roadhouse management.


To protect our facility:

  • Confetti is not permitted.
  • Nails, staples, tacks, tape that may damage surfaces, or similar fasteners may not be used on walls, ceilings, doors, or furnishings.
  • The event host is financially responsible for any damage to the facility, including walls, carpets, furniture, pool tables, or fixtures. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Harrison Roadhouse Alcohol Service Guidelines


To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and compliant experience for all our guests, we have outlined our alcohol service policies below. We ask that you take a few moments to review these guidelines prior to your event. If you have any questions or need additional information, our team is happy to assist.


  • Michigan's legal drinking age is 21. We ask for identification from all persons who appear to be under the age of 35
  • Acceptable forms of I.D. are as follows: Valid state issued driver's license, State I.D., military I.D., or a passport. The I.D. cannot be expired. We may request additional identification. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual with questionable identification.
  • Any guest seen providing alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave, as will the minor. If the problem persists, we will not hesitate to call the proper authorities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that appears to be intoxicated and/or the guest may be asked to leave.
  • As stated above we do card everyone who appears to be under 35; this includes the bride and groom and the rest of the wedding party that may be in town for a wedding.
  • Parents and/or elders cannot vouch for the age of the guest in question. Please be sure to bring all necessary identifications.
  • For our out of state guests, please be aware that according to Michigan State Law, open alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside of the building at any time.
  • All alcohol must be purchased on-premise (from Harrison Roadhouse personnel). You are not permitted (by law) to bring in your own alcohol for consumption or as a gift.
